In case you haven't heard, I went back to work full time 2 years ago.  I spent my days selling gift card and loyalty programs to small businesses and imparting my knowledge of gift card marketing to the business owners.  I started thinking one day about how I could merge my two worlds -- my day job and my art.  

The answer came one day while redeeming a gift card (my favorite present) at TJ Maxx. The balance was $0.00 on my card (boooooooo!) and the cashier asked me if she should throw the card away for me.  I looked at it and decided that no, I was going to use it in my art somehow.  I thought about the best way to do so, and came up with the designs you see here.  I have combined parts of various gift cards with the miracle of resin to bring to you my new line .............Card Creations by KLC Designs Jewelry.  Although I recently left my position selling gift card programs, I intend to continue using them in my art -- they are too cool not to!

Resin and gift cards and sparkly things, too...........be secure in the knowledge that you are wearing recycled, re-purposed and totally cool jewelry. It looks substantial, but weighs almost nothing; it is a pleasure to wear.   Enjoy...
